Abstract Art - A Beacon of Mystery
Mystery has always been a fundamental part of life, with the unknown seeking to be known. Mystery has an edge of both wonder and awe as well as a dark side that lives within us as foreboding, even dangerous.
As a visual artist and prior psychotherapist, the world of the unknown calls me, with its alluring, captivating and intriguing qualities. Abstraction invites us into the unknown, offering us an experience of connecting to the mystery.
My desire is that my abstract art might invite a sort of return within, to our primordial, our collective origins, where we all began; where mystery and awe of life was part of our greater experience. Accept my invitation to rediscover your capacity, like our ancestors, like children, to look into that which is unfamiliar, mysterious and find meaning.
Remember not everything has to be explained to be known.
